Boys 5-13yrs

Our Boys Hot Shot program is a highly energetic class designed for active students to learn the basics of gymnastics skills. In this class gymnasts will learn skills on vault, high bar, parallel bars, floor, rings and mushroom. Our trained staff and small coach to gymnast ratio ensures the gymnast has room to grow in their skill progression and confidence. Our goal is to have fun, address each child as an individual to help develop strength, coordination and high self-esteem through the practice of gymnastics
