This basics class is the place to start! In Level 1 you will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of bungee fitness. Once you have attended this pre-requisite class and feel confident in the movements, you can move on to Level 2 OR Bungee Bootcamp! Class is $15 each or 5 Punch Passes for ONLY $40.00. !
