Beginner Tumbling

 Bartlesville Gymnastics Club offers tumbling classes for girls and boys who are interested in improving their tumbling skills. This class is geared for gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders wanting to learn the basics in tumbling. This class focuses on beginner skills such as handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, rolls, bridge kick-overs and the beginning of back handsprings.  Team Stunting is not part of this program and will not be allowed.

It is recommended that the participants stay in the class for a season or longer to build the confidence, skill set and consistency. To take the class for a short period of time right before school tryouts to learn complex skills such as a back handspring is not recommended.
