Behind every gymnast who believes in themselves is a coach who believed in them first

Kristy is the friendly face who greets you as you enter our building. With over 20 years of office experience—including 12 years working closely with non-profits—she brings both professionalism and passion to everything she does. Kristy graduated from Tulsa Community College with a degree in Finance and has a strong dedication to fitness, children, and community service.

In addition to managing the front office, Kristy also serves as the Director of Bartlesville Bungee Fitness. She has been a certified group fitness instructor for 17 years, combining her love for health and wellness with her leadership skills. Outside of work, Kristy is a proud mom of three and a doting grandmother.
 

 Rachel has been a Bartlesville Gymnastics Club team coach since 2003. She is a former Level 9 gymnast and a collegiate gymnast for University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She has coached at the Lake Owen Gymnastics Training Camp for seven summers and has many state champion gymnasts and state championship teams. 

 Sarah has been coaching gymnastics for four years, beginning her journey in California before moving to Bartlesville to complete her psychology degree at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She grew up in the gym world, with her dad doing graphic design for a gymnastics center and all three of her brothers coaching. Sarah’s love for the sport began early and truly flourished when she started coaching at just 15 years old. She is passionate about helping athletes grow not only in their gymnastics skills but also in confidence and character. Beyond the gym, Sarah has a heart for working with children and previously led a kids’ ministry in Ecuador.

 Jamie was born in Champaign, IL. He was an Elite level Men’s gymnast in high school, moving from his hometown of Champaign, IL to Houston, Texas in order to train. While in high school, Jamie was on the Junior National team and travelled internationally to compete as well as qualifying for JO Nationals all four years. He then earned a scholarship to the University of Oklahoma. While there, Jamie was a 5 time All American, 3 time National Champion, and a Nissen Emery Award Finalist (the Heisman trophy of Men’s college gymnastics). After he completed his eligibility at OU, Jamie was also a Senior National Team member and travelled internationally to compete once again for the United States.

While at OU, Jamie earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on Painting as well as his Master’s of Fine Arts with a focus in sculpture. He is also the current sculptor for the Nissen Emery Award itself.

Jamie has coached both Men’s and Women’s gymnastics at the Club level, where he helped numerous athletes achieve their goal of earning a college scholarship. He has had athletes attend The Ohio State University, Air Force Academy, The University of California at Berkeley,

Jamie then moved on to the collegiate level, where he was a Coach at The Ohio State University. While there, Jamie coached several Big 10 Champions and All Americans. He also coached an NCAA Champion.

 Erin was born and raised in Bartlesville, graduating from BHS in 2001. At the club level, Erin was a 3 time level 10 National Qualifier by the time she was a Freshman in High School. After her freshman year, doctors found a cyst on her brain and she was forced to quit gymnastics.

After graduating high school Erin went on to attend the University of Oklahoma as a regular student. However, gymnastics (and former coaches) called her back to the sport and she walked on the team her freshman year. By second semester of her freshman year, she had earned a full scholarship. While at OU, Erin was a Team and Uneven Bars Big 12 Champion as well as a 3 time All American. After she completed her eligibility, Erin was in the gymnastics movie “Stick It”.

As a Coach, Erin has had the privilege of helping multiple athletes achieve their goal of earning a college scholarship. She has had athletes attend Air Force Academy, Iowa State,

Kent State, Ohio State, Kentucky, George Washington University, Brown, and Yale. She has coached a Level 10 National Beam Champion as well as several Top 10 placements at Developmental Nationals. She has also coached numerous State and Regional Champions, both Team and Individual.

Jamie and Erin met while athletes at the University of Oklahoma. They married in 2009 and have three children (Malia, Elijah, and Asa).

 Krysta has been involved in the gymnastics world since she was 4 years old and later expanded her passion towards cheerleading and tumbling! With a strong foundation in both sports, she has been helping athletes reach their goals for just over 5 years. She enjoys coaching floor, and tumbling classes, where she can combine technique, creativity, power, and strength. “What drives me most is watching kids progress, gain confidence, and seeing them work hard to meet their goals. Being a little part of their journey is the best thing I do!"
